The user acknowledges having read the present terms of use and agrees to respect them. The user of this website acknowledges that he/she has the necessary skills and means to access and use this website. The owners make every effort to provide users with available and verified information and/or tools but cannot be held responsible for errors, lack of availability of features and/or the presence of viruses on its site. The owners cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information provided on its site. Consequently, the user acknowledges that he/she uses this information under his/her exclusive responsibility.

 

3. Data processing and liberties

In application of the modified law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to data processing, files and freedoms, the website has been declared to the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (www.cnil.fr) for the processing of customer / prospect files NS-48.

 

It is the subject of Exemption No. 6 - Deliberation No. 2005-284 of 22 November 2005 deciding on the exemption from declaration of websites disseminating or collecting personal data implemented by individuals in the context of an exclusively personal activity.

 

4. Cookies

5. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

The website https://implantcard.amplitude-ortho.com/ complies with the RGPD regulation that came into force on 25 May 2018. We advise users of this website and our customers that data is collected either to improve the user experience or to enable tracking of requests or management of customer accounts. The Data Protection Officer (DPO) is ___. In compliance with the GDPR, data is collected for a maximum of one year. The data are :

- Browsing data: browser, operating system, media type, country or location, IP address

- Processing data: surname, first name, e-mail, telephone, postal address, type of request and message.

- Customer data: orders, quotes, maintenance tickets, date of connection.

 

In this respect, we inform you that your personal data has never been and will never be provided to third parties, nor used for marketing purposes. 

 

All of our databases are secure and backed up daily. Access to the site is via the secure https protocol with a latest generation certificate. Your passwords are of course encrypted before being stored in our databases. You have access to all your data at any time and on request. This request must be made to the DPO at the address contact@amplitude-ortho.com and the sending of your data will be effective within a maximum of one month.

 

When you request deletion of your account, all your data is deleted, including your website data, databases and emails. We do not retain any copies of your data.

 

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the logos, graphics, trademarks and/or signs on this site, including but not limited to, are registered trademarks and may not be used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

 

7. Accessibility / web standards

The law on disability was adopted on 3 February 2005. In its internet section, it requires e-government websites to become "accessible to disabled people". The official decree was published in May 2009 and requires administrations to comply by 16 May 2012.

The XHTML code of the website complies with the XHTML 1.0 specification and is tested using the W3C HTML validator. The programming code meets W3C AA standards.

 

These standards are essential for websites. They allow for :

- Better compatibility between Internet browsers

- A reading of the programming code by the technical devices of disabled people. An error in the code can lead to a partial readability of the page by these software.
